To ensure longevity and to prevent any shrinking, we suggest hang drying or drying at very low temperatures. The sizes are fairly true to size compared to most industry standards and tend to run with a more athletic fit compared to those big cheap department store tees... you know... the ones that end up wider than they are long after washing.
